We recruit both interns, consultants and other staff. The recruiting process is a two-way dialogue designed so that we can get to know you and you can get to know PCL. There are two rounds of interviews, with three separate interviews in the first round and two additional ones in the second.
Our interviews are based on the organisation and real projects that your and or your interviewer has worked on. Such examples will give you an insight into what it is like to work at PCL, and they will allow us to focus on how you would approach solving practical productivity problems.
The interview also gives us the opportunity to learn about your interlectual capability, people skills, personal drive and motivation, while giving you a chance to get to know our people and our culture.
At PCL , your potential is limited only by your talents and ambitions. Working with the PCL on their tough productivity and productivity related compliance requirements is challenging. Technical Experts in Occupational Safety , Health and Environment Training Programme Programme 18th July septemer 2012
This is a technical three month comprehensive programme targeting undergraduates and jobseekers having a academic graduate degree in any science field. The training is ment to identify nature and grow talent. All trainees will be ofered to join the company either at its head office in Nairobi and or be depolyed to yet regions and counties.
Howewer, a norminal fee of Kshs 8,000 per month will be charged per person while National Industrial Training Authority (NITA) formaly Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) refered students will pay a discounted fee of Kshs 5,000 per month. This is amount is ment to meet part of their training cost
